I've lost 50 pounds twice. I will tell you how I did this without trying to sell you anything either. A lot of misinformation on the internet and I'm sick of it. I love talking about finance and traveling as well.

 

 

My Story

These pictures  were taken roughly 16 weeks apart. It was a difference of 35 pounds. This wasn’t even the heaviest I had gotten, I never took pictures of me at my heaviest.  That a weight loss of about 2 pounds a week. That is considered healthy, but, I believe the slower you lose the weight, the better. I was doing tons of cardio and eating foods that I did not like. You don’t have to do that! Just take it slower and eat foods you enjoy. For strictly only weight loss, you just need to be in a caloric deficit. Of course, eat healthy and try to make healthy eating habits along the way.
