I’ve been eating a lot of protein and not enough fiber I believe, so my poops have been hard and stretching my anus….it hurts. I went to the gym after doing my business in the bathroom and my butthole was hurting the entire time.

Probably not the best thing to talk about before writing about a recipe, but that’s just who I am!

This next recipe is the easiest thing in the world to make. I’m not even joking. I know most people are on a time crunch in the morning, so am I. Easy healthy meals for weight loss don’t have to be hard to make!

I eat this recipe every morning, not even joking. I eat it along with my high protein greek yogurt recipe and get over 50 grams of protein for under 300 calories every single morning…that’s insane. I’ll be posting my delicious greek yogurt recipe next time!

On top of being easy it make, it can be considered apart of the healthy meals on a budget, very cheap!

AMAZING Simple Healthy Meals – Warm and Fluffy Egg Whites

This recipe is only two ingredients! Egg whites and pasteurized cheese…that is it. You can be the laziest person in the world and still make this. You don’t even a stove for this one. It’s made in a microwave, it’s that easy!

You will get 34 grams of protein for 195 calories with this, I mean, come on! For no prep at all! Quick healthy meals for one have never been easier!

Alright, alright, I’ll stop talking about how easy and healthy this recipe is and will get into it!

1. Ingredients

1. 276 grams (g) of Egg Whites

2. 1 Slice of Pasteurized Cheese

2. Directions

1. Take a microwave safe bowel and measure out 276 g of egg white into the bowel

2. Microwave the egg whites for 4 minutes (or until they are fluffy and not liquidly)

3. Remove the bowel from the microwave carefully, it will be hot!

4. Add the slice of pasteurized into the egg whites and mix it up until it’s completely mixed in!

That is it. You can put the eggs in the microwave and go do what you need to do and come back and mix the cheese in.

There is absolutely no excuse why you can’t be getting in enough protein for breakfast anymore. There is no reason you can say you don’t have time to make these egg whites.

I purposely put up recipes that are this simple, I mean, who doesn’t have the ability to make this?! A child could make this recipe!

Of course, you can eat something with these egg whites such as toast or use it as filling for a low carb tortilla! You can make yourself a breakfast burrito with these egg white too!

I just eat them as is! Sometimes I put them on toast when I feel like it!

I AWAYS pair it with my amazing greek yogurt recipe which has 17 grams of protein for 90 calories. You won’t believe it, but it’s even simpler than this recipe and tastes AMAZING!!

3. Final Thoughts

My point of putting out a healthy recipes such as this one is that eating healthy can really be that easy! You can be on a time crunch and make these with no effort at all!

Not only is this recipe low calorie and absurdly easy to make, it packs 34 grams of protein and makes for a delicious breakfast!

As I said before, I eat it every single day. Whether on the days I’m working or not, I make it. Such an easy and delicious way to get lots of protein!

This is a decent amount of volume of food as well as compared to full eggs. There’s nothing wrong with eating full eggs, but egg whites will give you more volume to fill you up.

When I had originally lost 50 pounds, I used to eat one egg and one slice of bread for breakfast every morning (which wasn’t enough food for me to begin with, but I didn’t know what I was doing) and it wasn’t very filling.

Also, frying the egg took a little more effort! Even though, that’s not much effort at all either.

The simpler you can make recipes, without compromising taste, the more likely you are to eat the food and enjoy it.

If I gave you some gourmet recipe that takes 45 minutes to prepare every morning, most people won’t constantly make it. They could perhaps meal prep it, but the fluffy cheesy egg whites recipes is too easy!

Don’t overcomplicate things, you are can lose weight and/or gain muscle! If I could do it, I know that anyone can!
