One of the BEST healthy chocolate desserts: high protein hazelnut crepe to help you burn fat and build muscle!!
BEST Simple Healthy Desserts Chocolate – High Protein Hazelnut Crepe
I ate an entire pizza last night and it was a little too easy to eat the entire thing. I was starving though, I had done an intense leg day at the gym and gone to jiu-jitsu class; so me eating an entire pizza was valid, right?? RIGHT?? I’m asking for a friend here.
Everything in moderation, I suppose!
Anyways, nothing else new for me in life. Saw some saggy old man butt in the gym locker room, that’s always an adventure. I don’t think I could walk around naked like some of these old men do!
Nonetheless, lets get into this DELICIOUS recipe!
I mean, who doesn’t love some form of chocolate!
The way I make it, it will pack 16 grams (g) of protein for 320 calories! Now, this recipe does have much more sugar in it, so it might not be the best options for those who are diabetic. For individuals, please check out my other dessert recipes that have very little sugar in them! They will be linked at the end of this post!
Nonetheless, for those of us who can enjoy it, everything in moderation is fine. Also, who doesn’t love a crepe every now and then?? I know I sure do! It’s so easy to make, so why not just make it at home.
This way, we can make more protein packed as well! This recipe will DESTROY your chocolate cravings, that I guarantee you! It may not be the most healthy of recipes I have posted, but everything in moderation!
1. Ingredients
All you will really need are two 2 ingredients for this recipe, that’s it!
1. 63 g of Kodiak Buttermilk Pancake Mix
2. 13.5 g (about a tablespoon) of Hazelnut Spread
2. Directions
- Start pre-heating your pan on medium heat
- Measure out 63 g of Kodiak buttermilk pancake mix into a bowl
- Pour in 1/2 cup of water into the bowl and mix
- Spray nonstick cooking spray on your pan once it’s warm
- Pour the pancake batter onto your pan
- Let it cook for 3-4 minutes or until it’s golden brown and flip it onto it’s other side. Let that side cook as well until it’s golden brown
- Plate your pancake
- Spread on 13.5 g of hazelnut on your cooked pancake mix
There you go, you now have a DELICIOUS hazelnut crepe!!! It’s SO good. You can also add any toppings you wish. As you can see from my picture, I added strawberries!
All that’s left to do is devour this delicious recipe that you’ve made! Not only will you be eating a delicious dessert, you’ll be getting in protein as well!
You can make this recipe with milk as well. So, instead of mixing the pancake mix with water, you would use milk. This will add more protein based off of how much milk you use. Remember, this will add more calories as well!
You can eat amazing food and lose fat and build muscle!
I’m not saying you can’t ever go out and get crepes, but, you can potentially eat this slightly more often. You can make it according to your diet and protein goals!
I eat this about once a week, I’d never go out and get a crepe once a week though. They are overpriced and wouldn’t contain as much protein!
3. Final Thoughts
One last thing I want to add is, the weight scale doesn’t define you. You could be building muscle and not see the scale change. You could be retaining more water that day, who knows.
Regardless, love yourself. Be happy and focus on your goals. Everyone deserves to be happy!!! We are not all the same, we have different struggles!
Not all of us need to be the same size. Be the best YOU can be. Compete with yourself!
Alright my gorgeous people, that’s all I have for you today! This was one of the BEST, healthy desserts chocolate: high protein hazelnut crepe to lose fat recipes! Let me know how you people like it! See you in the next one!
