Healthy dessert quick recipes for weight loss! Who doesn’t need some of these. You don’t have to give up dessert to lose weight. This would be considered a “healthy dessert not bake”.

This DELICIOUS recipe takes only 5 minutes to make! On top of that, it OVER 40 GRAMS OF PROTEIN!!! WOWWWW!!!! Build muscle and lose weight while enjoying your diet!!
BEST Healthy Dessert Quick – Protein Cheesecake
This dessert is low in sugar, thick, creamy, rich and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! On top of that, high in protein! On top of that, it takes MINUTES to make.
I eat the entire thing in one sitting because I’m a piece of garbage, but it could be split into one or two or even three servings. Like I said, you can eat it EVERY SINGLE DAY and lose weight!
This recipe has 385 calories and 43 GRAMS OF PROTEIN.
Not only does is it taste great, but it smells amazing too! Whenever I eat it, people ask me what it is. You don’t even have to be on a diet to want to eat it!
I just want to shove the entire bowel down my throat because of how tasty it is!!!
Ingredients
You only need FOUR ingredients. On top of that, a bowel and a spoon. If you don’t have a bowel or spoon, just use the ground and your hands I guess. Don’t blame me if you get sick though lol. Wait hold on, have a food scale too to measure out your ingredients, of course! Oh come on, it’s only $20, calm down.
- 170 grams (g) of plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 32 g of Extreme Milk Chocolate Gold Standard whey protein powder (or the protein of your choosing)
- 7 g of sugar free Jello Cheescake powder
- 63 g of Whipped Cream Cheese

1. Greek Yogurt
2. Extreme Milk Chocolate Gold Standard Whey Protein Powder
3. Sugar Free Jello Cheescake Powder
4. Whipped Cream Cheese
Directions
- Measure 170 of plain nonfat greek yogurt in a bowel
- Measure 7 g of sugar free Jello cheesecake powder into the same bowel
- Measure 32 g of your protein powder of choice into that bowel
- Finally measure, 63 g of whipped cream cheese into that bowel
- Mix it all up the ingredients up until all the powder is mixed up. You might have to mix for a minute or two
That’s it! Literally! If you have trouble, you can mix up everything except the whipped cream cheese. Once you have all those ingredients mixed in, then add and mix in the whipped cream cheese.
You can eat it immediately, but, if you put it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes, it’ll be even thicker.
You can sprinkle on a graham cracker, but that will add 65 calories.
What I like to do is, add one pack of sugar free strawberry jello into the mix. This only adds 5 calories and makes it EVEN MORE TASTY. Make sure to add this after your protein cheesecake had been refrigerated, if you decide to do that. Otherwise, the recipe will get all watery.
After that, enjoy this RICH, CREAMY and DELICIOUS recipe! Shove it down your throat! Not too fast though! Not for safety purposes so you don’t choke on it and potentially suffocate, but to savor the taste!
