I originally got this recipe from guy named doosifit on Instagram (always give credit where credit is due), but I made it even higher in protein! I’ve lost 50 pounds twice in my life and sure wish I had this recipe when I was losing weight!
This recipe has 26 grams of protein and only 260 calories! If you couple this my protein pizza recipe, it’ll make for an even more protein packed meal!
There’s not much prep at all involved and can be made in 10 minutes or less! It eat it almost every day!

DELICIOUS Simple Healthy Meals – High Protein Quesadilla
I just started re-watching some Pokemon on Netflix and man, what memories. I really don’t think they make shows like they used to.
Same with games, I was playing Pokemon stadium 2, I don’t understand why there was never a third one. I’d literally buy a Nintendo console just to have the next Pokemon Stadium.
Anyways, easy healthy meals for weight loss don’t have to be boring! They also don’t have to break the bank either. You can make healthy meals on budget, like this recipe!
I usually do meal prepping so I have simple healthy meals for the week, this recipe is very easy to prep. So, lets get into it!!!
1. Ingredients
1. 2 Low carb tortilla bread
2. 56 grams (g) of Fat-free mozzarella cheese
3. 14 g (about 1 tablespoon) of light butter
4. Garlic powder
5. Oregano
6. Italian seasoning
2. Directions
1. Start by pre-heating your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit while we put our food together
2. Take one of your low carb tortillas and spread 7 g (about a teaspoon) of light butter on it
3. Spread 28 g of your fat free mozzarella cheese on the tortilla
4. On top of the cheese put much garlic powder, oregano and italian seasoning as you’d like
5. Put your second tortilla on top of what we created in steps 2-3
6. Repeat steps 2-3 for the second tortilla
7. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes (or you can put in an air fryer at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 6-7 minutes)
BOOM! That’s it! You now have a delicious quesadilla!!!
All that’s left to is enjoy!! You can make some delicious dipping sauce for it too. Here are the directions for that:
1. Measure out 126 g of pizza sauce
2. Sprinkle in oregano, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix it up!
That’s it! Another delicious recipe. This way, you can eat delicious food and still build muscle and/or lose fat.
