I just feel like sleeping all day and waking up and just doing whatever I want! I can’t though, because I’m a grown adult and have expenses. What a life!

What’s even funnier is that I’ve been picking up a lot of shifts so I can have extra money! I have some expenses coming, but want to keep my investing into stocks strong! Gotta keep hustling!

In other news, I was talking to my little brother about a funny story. When he was in first or second grade, he went and sat in his teacher’s seat. The teacher came to him and told him to go sit in his seat and he told her, “you go sit in your seat!”.

I laughed so hard thinking about this! Little kids as savage, they have no filter!

Well, I know you guys are here to learn about a recipe, not for me to talk about my life! The low carb turkey and cheese sandwich recipe is INSANELY easy to make. Like I said, it packs 23 grams of protein for  only 210 calories!!!! It’s delicious and you can even potentially make it in an unconventional toaster if you wanted!

Preparation time is one to 2 minutes! Then you just have to toast it!

Let’s get into BEST low carb and easiest to make, turkey and cheese sandwich recipe to help you get rid of stubborn fat and/or put on muscle! Definitely one of my favorite simple healthy meals!

Simple Healthy Meals – BEST Low Carb Turkey and Cheese Sandwich Recipe

1. Ingredients

1. 2 Slices of Deli Turkey (2 ounces)

You can go get this from wherever you like. I go to a local meat market to get it. I eat halal, so I have to go to a halal meat market to get my meat!

2. 1 Low Carb Tortilla

3. 28 grams (g) of Fat Free Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella or any cheese of your choosing!)

4. Light Mayonnaise

5. Lettuce and any vegetable of your choosing!

2. Directions

1. Set out your low carb tortilla

2. Put on your turkey

3. Put your cheese of choosing on top of that

4. Fold the tortilla on it’s sides as shown below

6. If it can fit in your unconventional toaster, toast it in there! Mine can’t, I have an airfryer from Ninja. So I put it on the “bake” setting at 350 degree Fahrenheit and let it bake for 5 minutes

7. I then take it out and spread the light mayonnaise on the inside. It’s also where I sprinkle on my lettuce!

That’s it! You now have yourself an absolutely delicious and high protein meal! How easy was that to make?!

3. Final Thoughts

As someone who has lost 50 pounds, regained and lost it again, I wish I had some of these simple and delicious recipes! I’ve managed to keep the weight off this time!

One fact that I have to go over in every single one of my posts is, if you are eating more calories than your body requires, no mater what you are eating, you’ll never lose weight!

You must be in a caloric deficit! You might be asking, how many calories do you need? Well, read my article EVERYTHING About Calculating Calories to figure that out! Don’t be a ridiculous and drop your calories super low right away.

That will make the entire process much more miserable and you’ll be more likely to go off your diet and/or rebound all the weight you lost. Trust me.

I know looking in the mirror, I’d just want all the fat to melt away fast! It’s a process though! Anyone can do it, it just requires consistency and hard work on your part.
