Healthy french toast! Is french toast good for weight loss? Well, it sure can be!

We went over a different protein french toast recipe last time, this time, it will be protein cheesecake french toast and it’s just as AMAZING!! You’ll get in a cheesecake taste with a  lot of protein.

With this healthy french toast protein recipe, you’ll 42 grams (g) of protein for only 510 calories!!!

I’ve lost 50 pounds….twice, I sure wish I knew about this recipe when I was losing weight!

Let’s get into it! How to make healthy french toast!

MOUTH WATERING Healthy French Toast

Finished up Ramadan strong. Did 6 optional days of fasting after as well! Now I have to stick to my healthy habits, which includes not overeating!

I did a bit of a celebration and ate almost an entire Detroit Style Pizza, which was 6 slices. No re-grets!

In other news, I almost clogged the toilet for the first time in my life. Let’s just say, it was as gigantic piece of poop. Thought I’d share that with the world!

Aiight, lets get into this healthy french toast low calorie recipe. Not only is it a low calorie recipe, it also packs a lot of protein. You can make the meal in under 10 minutes. It’s SO EASY to make! I love me some protein french toast!

You won’t be hungry after this meal and absolutely satisfied!

1. Ingredients

1. 4 Slices of the bread of your choosing. I get my bread from ALDI

2. 276 g of liquid egg whites

3. No bake cheesecake filling

2. Directions

  1. Start Heating your pan on the stove top at medium heat. After 3 minutes of it warming up, spray it with cooking spray
  2. Pour 276 g of egg whites into a bowl
  3. Soak 4 slices of bread in the egg whites, one at a time
  4. Cook each slice of bread at a medium heat on the stove top, until each side is golden brown, or however you like your french toast
  5. Spread about 10 g of the cheesceake no bake filling on each of your slices of french toast

That’s it, you are done! You can add some topping if you’d like as well! As you can see from my picture, I added some raspberries and blackberries!

To my fourth slice, I added 10 g of sugar free strawberry jam. Obviously, adding actual fruit is better! You do what you like though! There is no right answer!
