This will be protein french toast without protein powder if you’re worried about the grainy taste of that! So don’t worry! This will be healthy protein french toast with egg, egg whites to be exact!

Best part is, it can be make in 10-15 minutes MAX!

MOST DELICIOUS Healthy Protein French Toast

15th day of Ramadan (I think, lost count, haha). Trucking through. Love every minute of it. It’s like that time from Thanksgiving to Christmas where most people are mostly happy. That’s how I feel during Ramadan!

Anyways, is french toast good for weight loss? Well, it can be! Actually, anything can be! It’s all about calories in and calories out. Though this healthy french toast is low in calories and high in protein!

A lot of people you need to eat bland food to lose fat, I used to be one of the. That’s just not true! For example, this delicious recipe will give you 4 slices of healthy protein french toast. It will pack 50 grams (g) of protein for 505 calories.

You WILL be full and SATISFIED after enjoying this mouth watering recipe. This is a healthy french toast recipe for one, but, if you can’t finish it, share!

1. Ingredients

1. 4 slices of the bread of your choosing  – I don’t use “healthy bread for french toast” necessarily, I just use some low calorie bread.

2. 322 grams (g) of liquid egg whites

3. 5 g (or a teaspoon full) of pumpkin spice (All the basic batches going crazy, I know!). Or just use as much as you like. Experiment!

4. 60 ml of sugar free maple syrup drizzled on top

 

2. Directions

  1. Pour 322 g of egg whites into a bowl
  2. Put in 5 g of pumpkin spice – you can adjust this amount to your liking
  3. Mix all that up
  4. Soak one slice of bread at a time into the mixture you’ve made
  5. Cook on medium heat on the stove top until both sides are golden crispy brown
  6. Add 60 ml of sugar free syrup to the 5 pieces of french toast
  7. It’s that easy. Literally. You now have an amazing breakfast, or any time of the day meal! Make sure not to shove it down your throat to fast!
